Ok. The coffee here is good. I come here when I am in town visiting from Seattle. I tried to order a tall coffee and the person (who had no tattoos, no piercings) asked me what that meant. I get resenting the Starbucksization but she was smarmy. If you have plastic surgery and are over 50 and lack any grittiness you will love this place. I feel like this place is secretly run by christians as a front to prosolotize.

Awesome!!! Great coffee, pastry and the service was spot on! Busy, but super efficient! I can't wait to come back for another fine cup o joe!

The hubby ordered a Sumatra roast coffee and a slice of quiche. He thoroughly enjoyed both. My daughter ordered a Spicy Mexican, a mocha and she loved the kick in the drink. The people pleasant and the line was fairly short. Both customers I interacted with were polite and friendly. We would recommend.

The wifi internet is slow! That's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. Otherwise, the service was good, the space is nice. I ordered delicious, nutritious apple carrot ginger juice with wheatgrass for less than $5 -- that's a win.

First time here. The Barista was very friendly and attentive. The coffee is delicious!!! I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese bagel and it's pretty good!! I ordered the caramel macchiato with extra caramel and it came out perfect. Definitely a great atmosphere to read, chill, maybe even come to study.

Very cool atmosphere. Friendly, helpful baristas. Delicious pastries. Unfortunately their namesake coffee simply isn't good--it's acrid and over-roasted (although still better than Starbucks). I would really love to see them improve, because the shop really is quite cool.

I had the ice coffee this morning! Amazing! Love local companies and love that they put coffee ice cubes so my coffee won't be watered down!

Lovely local coffeeshop and roaster. This is where you want to go for coffee if you are nearby in Park City. Locally owned, fair trade coffee, etc. Details: Lots of comfy seating, pastries, bagels, coffee beans for sale, free wifi. Located in an enormous shopping center to the left of TJ Maxx. If you are facing TJ Maxx, look to your left.

Today I visited Park City Coffee Roasters for the first and last time. I received the wrong frittata (ordered bacon and green onion--received spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, to which I'm allergic). I also received a coffee full of grounds. Breakfast fail.

This place is really great! They have lots of drink options (I am a big fan of the chai) and casual lunch/snack foods. Both flavors of the quiche were really good and the gluten free cookies are a must have, especially right after they come out of the oven. It has a nice, cozy atmosphere, and is perfect for meeting someone or hanging out! Would definitely recommend, my experience was great, hope yours are too!

I've just had it with this place. Tried to give them a chance for the last time. Every single time I've been here the coffee is burnt, the order is completely f-Ed up and it never takes less than 20 minutes!!! I love to support local biz, but no way can I spend $5 on a coffee that's takes forever and isn't ever done correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ugh

What all coffee shops should aspire to be. Always consistent with the friendliest staff on the planet. Great way to start your day.

If your in Park City there is no better place to get coffee then Park City Roasting! Why go to the McDonald's of coffee (Starbucks) when you can have delicious coffee made by amazing people? The barista's all have their own little creations they recommend and I tried one with half coconut milk and half almond milk that is to die for! Unfortunately, I can't remember what she called it. But hell, try em all! You won't be disappointed!

Great place and it's awesome that some baristas know some sign language! Makes ordering coffees a breeze! Line and wait times can be long but hey at least coffee is good, well worth it!

To have found this small coffee shop surrounded by Starbucks on every corner was the sunshine to my day, I was very happy to walk through their doors only to be welcomed by the very nice and humble baristas, the space was unique, good vibes and delicious coffee! Whenever I'm in park city I definitely will be stopping by Park City Roasters.

PC Coffee Roaster is SOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than Starbucks but is now a victim of the Vail-ian invasion...no longer to be found at our beloved PCMR in favor of the behemoth brand. Parkites UNITE!!! Buy PC Coffee Roaster at the grocery store or the shop in Kimball Junction and bring a thermos when you ski PCMR. Live local, buy local. You are missed on Main Street, too.

Great music. Cozy, clean and nice furniture. Lots of couches. Feels like a great place to meet up with friends. Best gluten free blueberry muffin I have ever had! Will be hard not to come back here everyday for it. Delicious soy cappuccino as well. Extensive healthy and diverse menu. What a gem!

I love this local coffee shop! I recently moved to park city from San Francisco and the cozy decor and friendly staff immediately made me feel at "home" Mia ALWAYS greets us with a smile and friendly hello. Its so nice to have a friendly face greet me when I walk in, know my name and my order. Getting excited about the continual efforts put in to make a great place better and better.

Has become the local's favorite alternative to Starbucks. Nice atmosphere. Wide selection of snacks and pastries. And they serve beer and wine.

Dont have much to say expect for their smoothies are awesome but a little on the high side than what I am used to paying in Texas. It apprears to be trendy, cozy and supports local stuff around town. Next time I will try the coffee.

So glad I found this gem of a coffee shop during our recent visit when a gps search for s'bux brought me here instead. The service was outstanding - super friendly and gracious - and the coffee far superior to anything s'bux creates. Amazing muffins and oatmeal, too. Abby was incredibly nice and compassionate, particularly with my jet-lagged toddlers in meltdown mode. We visit PC often and will make this our regular stop for fancy coffee.

I stopped in here today for the first time and was "WOW'ed". I ordered an almond milk latte and my daughter had an orange and some trail mix. The latte was delivered with a flower in the foam which was beautiful. In my opinion, (as a coffee lover), their coffee is far superior to Starbuck's. For one, you can't get almond milk at Starbucks. I also got some of their Organic Ethiopian coffee and made a pot when we got home...it's a new favorite for sure! The service was wonderful and the girls behind the counter were friendly and communicated well with my toddler. The store itself was welcoming, cozy, clean and looks brand new. I was really impressed.

Went to this place Sunday afternoon, nobody on the counter , barista just ignored us for 15 min he was just chatting and socializing to one customer, we waited and waited and waited and finally left. This place sucks. Don't come here unless you want to waste your time. Other reviews are correct , service doesn't exist.

I have always loved the coffee, atmosphere and service at this local Kimball Junction coffee shop! I will keep coming back. The baked goods are nice, as well. Bring a laptop for the free wi-fi and stay awhile! There is also a location in Park City off Main Street. It's a spot in the art museum that meant well, but served an espresso drink nothing like the one in KJ.

The coffee here is passable, nothing special. The service, though, was about the worst I've ever had. The first time I went in, I ordered a cup of coffee, and the barista rolled her eyes and asked, "Just coffee?". I went back the next day, because I really wanted to like this place. This time there were two employees behind the counter. One was talking to another customer about philosophy and couldn't be bothered to take my order. The other rang up the customer in front of me and then wandered back into the kitchen (Which is open, I can still see you!!) and began to pull stuff out of the fridge, probably for the afternoon customers. Which is fine - except there was a customer waiting at the register! (Though one who "just" wanted a cup of coffee, how dare I) I walked out. And I won't be back. Go to Park City Bagel instead. You'll be treated like they're happy to have you come in, and the coffee's every bit as good if not better.

Truely basic coffee. Visiting Utah I have not found that good Italian espresso exists in many spots here. Visiting from the west coast I have been spoiled in Portland and Vancouver with amazing coffee with crema and thick rich flavor. The coffee here has none of that. It is a nice place to do homework and hang out with friends, as they have an outdoor area and pleasant staff members. One of the owners helped me once and he was very nice (though his Americano was not up to snuff). They make watery, mediocre flavored coffee here that tastes fine with milk -- though my test of a good espresso or coffee is if I have to add nothing to it and can enjoy it even as it cools off. I need my crema you guys!!! The art of making coffee is not here though it is a nice place to spend time and I absolutely recommend it above Starbucks down the street. Starbucks has NO idea about good coffee.

The Kimball Junction location of PC Coffee Roasters is a safe haven for local folks to get a world-class cup of coffee with little in the way of tourist shenanigans. The coffee is superb, the service is outstanding, it has free wifi, and it is plenty spacious whether you're going solo or with your family. This location (Ute Blvd, close to I-80) is preferable to the Old Town location. For whatever reason, the Old Town location seems to have thinner staffing and it definitely has less room. Also, if you happen to be a cyclist, the back room is where Max Testa has his winter training workout classes. They have cool bike paraphernalia hanging from the walls. Neat ambiance.

Seriously the best cup of coffee my husband and I have ever had! And what a great environment as well. Big cozy couches and tables help create a cafe that people want to hang out in. We will make the drive from Salt Lake regularly to visit this great coffee shop.

Great tea, juices, muffins, organic oatmeal, couches, and ambiance. I can't comment on the coffee because I'm not a drinker. My only complaint is that they used to recycle, but no longer do!

This place smells like heaven for coffee lovers! We had lattes and enjoyed the free Wifi and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff and locals. Can't wait to try the coffee we brought to take home!

Nice large seating area. Cookies were great. Free WIFI, lots of electrical outlet (even power strips! ) and no soccer Moms dragging their kids along like at Sbucks in the same shopping center. Fast service and no lines when I was there? This will be a regular hangout for me.

Coffee is great - they roast it right on site - (it's that toasted smell in the air bythe post office and on Highland Drive. I stumbled upon this place because the Starbuck's was closed one day. Americano was done to perfection! My buddy said the chai was not as good as Starbucks. But the place is really roomy, and there is much more seating than they have a the Starbuck's on the corner. The two owners are nice, and it is obvious that they really focus on their wholesale coffee side of the business (they used to own the Wasatch Bagel store on Snowcreek Drive some years back.) Check out Park City Coffee Roaster - it's worth it.

Chill coffee shop. The aroma of roasting beans pleasantly greets you at the front door. My morning started with a smokey, full-bodied Americano. Free wi-fi. Best bet for freshies.

Came here after running errands and was too hungry to go home so thought I'd stop in and check it out. They don't have an extensive menu, but i did have a small breakfast burrito. the little plate it came on was cute and the people were friendly. Free Wifi and great ambiance. The furniture and decor looks good and not slapped together like some cafes. I plan on buying coffee there (beans). I love supporting local places and it looks like they have a lot of varieties. My only hitches to wanting to be there was....the smell! smells like having your nose shoved in a bowl of burnt coffee beans...which is the stellar roasting, but not pleasant. I hope as many people who frequent Starbucks would give this place a shot.

Had myself a double shot cappuccino made by Erin. I must say it was probably the best froth I have had on a cappuccino, lots of volume yet smooth. They roast their own coffee beans and I picked myself up a bag of the "locals secret" which is a special blend made by the owner. Apparently they wont even tell the employees whats in this blend.

This location just opened right between GNC and the Post Office in Kimball Junction. The hours kinda suck right now (close at 4pm), but I've been told they'll be expanding soon. The coffee is AMAZING and FAIR-TRADE. Yay. That's really all I have to say. Except that the cafe has a great vibe and free Wi-Fi. Really, what more could you ask for?

My favorite coffee shop in park city. Nice mellow atmosphere. Great coffee. Tasty sweets! Stuff is super friendly and attentive. Great place to work with the laptop but it maybe a bit too loud if you need to jump on a call. Outside seating is phenomenal.

If I knew more about coffee and the way it's prepared.l then I feel this place would be a five star place. However I'm naive to the preparation. So my review is based on my love of drinking coffee. THE NESS's Friendli-NESS Top shelf! The girl behind the counter was super helpful and took her time explaining the different brews they offered. I told her my wife preferred vanilla mochas so she recommended a dark chocolate/white chocolate mocha. And I got it with almond milk. Customers seemed to keep to themselves. I tried to say hi and be friendly, but got some cold shoulders... Maybe it was cause of the cold weather :) tasti-NESS Well! My coffee was pure deliciousness. Not sure if it's just me, but it seems like the coffee was a slightly thicker and it seemed to coat my mouth with amazing flavor. cleanli-NESS Very clean. Not a single dirty dish could be seen in the main area. No overflowing trash cans. Oh! Fun fact- they have a covered trash can that has a motion sensor. Just wave your hand and it pops open! Very convenient when both hands are occupied. suggesti-NESS Didn't stay long enough to have any helpful suggestions. Pretty happy with my visit. overall-NESS With Starbucks in the same shopping center, I would definitely check this place out instead. It's like going to a local burger joint then eating at McDonalds. Always support local biz!

Awesome, fresh roasted high quality beans! I have a business closeby, and we have a 'free' espresso/latte machine we offer to our patients, but I only use Park city roaster beans! If you come to our office, try it out, If you prefer, go here and buy your own fresh cup of Joe!

Very good coffee, and my breakfast bagel sandwich was also great. The breakfast burrito was a little disappointing, but on the whole, this place rocks. Super friendly staff as well, and a nice outdoor seating area too.

Great coffee and vibe! They have good food options too and juices and smoothies. We even had a vegan breakfast burrito!
